How UsageX uses cookies, device storage, logs, and similar technologies.
Current website position. The public UsageX marketing website does not currently use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies. We do not place a cookie banner where no consent-requiring technology is active. If that changes, we will update this notice and obtain consent before using non-essential cookies where the law requires it.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local storage, session storage, software configuration files, and device identifiers can perform similar functions. Server request logs are not cookies, but may contain an IP address, browser details, requested URL, timestamp, and security information.
2. Technologies we use

3. No advertising sale or cross-site tracking
ERGO CODE does not currently use UsageX website cookies to build advertising profiles, sell personal data, or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels on this website.
4. Your controls
You can delete or block cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent login, preferences, or other app functions from working. Where required, a future consent panel will let you accept, reject, or change optional categories as easily as you accepted them. We will also respect legally recognised browser-based opt-out signals where applicable.
